Project Details
As part of a larger project under the direction of the German Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), this project consisted of two integral components: (a) establishing a data-base focusing on the measurement and benchmarking of the level of intermediation of long-term finance in Africa, and (b) undertaking in-country diagnostics of specific experiences related to LTF based on the analysis of specific business models, products or financing structures, with a special focus on Housing Finance.
