Project Details
AHI worked with an international real estate developer (who wishes to remain anonymous) to build the largest real estate housing development project ever built in Senegal, in the suburbs of Dakar. The goals of this project were to determine the depth of the demand and financeable demand for the project as a whole, and for the different target populations and income groups in particular.
